What does our Coaching Program offer? 
 

  • Behavioral focus- This aspect of the program focuses on identifying lifestyle choices, as well as mental health and emotional barriers to improving health and wellness. We use evidence based approaches such as the L.E.A.N approach (developed by Dr. Sears), Person-centered care, and Motivational Interviewing. 

​

  • Evidence based information about and resources on topics related to your goals such as sleep, managing stress, nutrition, and the effects of stress on the body.

​

  • Support -  Weekly 60-minute health coaching sessions, mid-week check in's with their health coach, monitoring and communication with their health coach. 

​​

  • Post coaching goal management - A plan for keeping the momentum going and help you establish long lasting sustainable change.

  • Tools and assessments to help you track and reach your goals.

Our three month session includes weekly video (or phone) calls with your coach, weekly goal setting and activities, resources as needed, and check in's between sessions as needed. 

Online Meditation

6 Month Package

Our six month session includes weekly video (or phone) calls with your coach, weekly goal setting and activities, resources as needed, and check in's between sessions as needed. 

Healthy Sandwich

Special 

Our special package is just that, special to your needs! Combine once a month, weekly, or bi-weekly sessions depending on your needs. You can also add in text coaching to supplement your needs. You will still receive the same level of video (or phone) calls, resources, support and check in's.

Text Health & Wellness Coaching
Like what you are reading but not sure you have time? No problem! Here at Alternative Pathways we offer text based health and wellness coaching! This option is ideal if you have a busy schedule and what to make healthy changes but are unsure of being able to commit to weekly or bi-weekly video sessions. This program includes a text-based health coaching program designed around you and your health goals, resources, and support.

Pantry Makeovers

Not ready to commit to health and wellness coaching but still want some support? The Pantry Makeover may be just what you are looking for! During this 90-minute session, you will work one on one with our health coach and will first learn the concept of Traffic Light Eating and how to decipher food labels, which will help easily and quickly determine the best foods to choose for you and your family. We will go through the items in your kitchen you have questions about, and you will be provided with resources and some of our favorite easy healthy recipes!
